The Village Center is located in the center of Westman Village on Mahogany Lake. Westman Village is a group of condominiums designed to be a resort style community. It is the main amenity building for the entire Westman Village. This building is amazing a contains everything you could ever dream of, such as a Recreation pool facility complete with 4 lane lap pool, multi-use pool, waterslide and whirlpool as well as high end change rooms containing  steam rooms. The building also has a woodworking shop, walking track, fitness facility, cycling fitness studios, fully stocked woodworking shop, art studio, cooking studio, media room, golf simulator, games room, Indoor garden area and if that is not enough a library. Serenity Pools & Hardscapes Inc. was contacted to take over and complete the construction of this facility part way through the process. We produced new engineered drawings and competing the constructions and facilitated construction permitting and Health department approval. We also facilitated the supply and installation of the waterslide.
